Located in East Richmond on the South Arm of the Fraser River, Shelter Island Marina and Boatyard was established in 1975. We are a complete Marine Facility approximately 20 kilometers from downtown Vancouver and 9 kilometers from the Vancouver International Airport. We are located 14 nautical miles for Sand Heads and 10 nautical miles from Steveston.

    Vessels Pressure Wash is available at Shelter Island Marina. Vessels are pressure washed in our Environmental Water Treatment Pit and our experienced staff are extremely professional when it comes to cleaning hulls.

    Shelter Island Marina and Boatyard is the host of two of the largest Travelifts on the Pacific Coast (70 TON and 220 TON Travelifts) capable of lifting vessels from 20 feet to 130 feet. Our Travellift team strives to provide the highest level of services and environmental standards.
