Large comfortable Cruiser/Live Aboard

This boat is an "as is where is" boat. We had a client default and we took possession of this vessel. We are selling it for what is owed, and no more. It could be a good boat for someone with the right skill set at a good price, but there is some things that need to be addressed before this will be an asset once again.
The engines I am told are good. well serviced however this vessel ran aground (slightly). That is why they are in our yard was to be serviced.
The one engine sucked some mud into the intake, as well one prop has been bent. Both prop shafts look okay though. However I would say come by and see it as you can determine that yourself as she is out of the water and exposed.
The interior is immaculate. it has such a nice set up. Living area is huge and galley is clean and well kept. The v-berth could be made a little more comfortable, but the aft cabin is large enough for 2 beds. there are 2 heads by either berth as well. Making this very convenient layout.
There is and extra extension of the hull at the aft of this vessel. The previous owner has told us that it has a bulkhead and it collects a bit of water in that area, and the bilge pump in that section needs repair/replace.
Electrical has been redone I am told so that is a huge plus. There are some good electronics to the nav station as well.
That is all we have heard about this awesome boat. There will be these repairs need to be addressed, but it is in a work yard now so this is the right place to adjust before making it yours.
Lots of positives here though at a great price. Come out and have a look.
